Gap-closing and infill options are available to eliminate reach-through risks and ensure compliance.

Standard Posts are engineered to deliver dependable structural support for both panel doors and fixed panel installations. Manufactured from 75 × 75 × 2.5mm SHS steel, they provide high rigidity and long-term durability in demanding industrial environments.

All posts are powder-coated in Safety Yellow as standard for corrosion resistance and high visibility. They are available in two stock heights—1.2m and 2.0m—covering the majority of installation requirements.

Each post is supplied with a capped top for a clean finish and to prevent debris ingress. Pre-punched and tapped M6 mounting points are included on all four sides (top and bottom), allowing for flexible, multi-directional panel and accessory mounting.

Light Curtain Posts are built for industrial safety applications where accuracy and reliability matter. Designed to support and align light curtains for hazard detection, they ensure consistent beam performance in high-risk environments.

Manufactured from heavy-duty 125 × 125 × 4mm folded steel, these posts deliver outstanding strength and rigidity. Finished in high-visibility Safety Yellow powder coat, they’re made to withstand harsh industrial conditions.

Available in Left and Right configurations, they suit a wide range of installation layouts. Two standard heights—1.2m and 2.0m—cover most guarding and sensing requirements.

Each post features a 250 × 250mm base plate for solid anchoring, with integrated jacking screws for fast, precise levelling on uneven floors.

Custom options are available, including mirror posts for beam redirection and twin post setups for extended coverage. Installation fixings not included.
