The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the arbitration.
(c) Seat and Language
The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong
The language of arbitration shall be English
(d) Tribunal
The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator
The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the HKIAC Rules
(e) Binding Decision
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Judgment upon the award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
