(c) Seat and Language

• The language of arbitration shall be English

(d) Tribunal

• The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator

• The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the HKIAC Rules

(e) Binding Decision

The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Judgment upon the award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
